Minori is a central character in the story. “Minorin” is another nickname for her (as a form of friendly affection). Minori, in contrast to Taiga’s violent disposition, is usually smiling and happy. Minori had been in love with Ryuuji the entire time, but she chose to ignore her feelings for the sake of Taiga’s pleasure. It’s difficult not to admire someone who performs such a noble gesture.
