Lupin the 3rd Part 1

Toradora!

Toradora at the beginning, feels like a simple show about two tsunderes (one who doesn’t express their true feelings). Taiga, the main girl, might seem weird at the beginning, however, there’s a reason why she’s like that. With a good blend of comedy, romance and school life, this anime deserves a great spot in the Amazon Prime.
Vinland Saga
A strong fighter named Thors has killed in a battle ruthless Viking Askeladd a long time ago. Thorfinn, the son of Viking Askeladd, witnessed his father’s death and vowed to avenge his father in a glorious duel.
Thorfinn, recruited to Askeladd’s ship, began to work with the crew. They looted settlements and deceived the naive army. Thorfinn spends his time honing his fighting skills to win a reward. Will Thorfinn be finally able to defeat Askeladd?
Vinland Saga delves much deeper into the Viking culture rather than just they fighting fearlessly. It’s possibly the best show on Vikings out there since Makoto Yukimura, the author, has made tremendous research on the history of the Viking culture.
Currently featuring two seasons, Vinland Saga’s season 1, action-packed and introduces a lot of characters. All of these characters have an immense characterization.
Vinland Saga season 2 is where it deviates from the action narrative to the viewpoint of the other side of the sufferers. This season is not as action-heavy as season 1, but it’s hella incredible!
Thorfinn’s development, his oath, brotherhood with Einar, the side characters, the soundtracks, all of them are absolutely brilliant!
Made in Abyss
Riko, a small orphan girl, lives in the town of Orth, on the outskirts of the Abyss. Her ambition is to follow in her mother’s footsteps and become a Delver, solving the mysteries of the cave system. Riko begins exploring the caves one day and discovers a robot that resembles a human boy.
Made in Abyss is one of a kind show. Don’t be fooled by the child faces, it’s not for the faint hearted.
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress
During the Industrial Revolution, a mysterious virus appears that transforms infected humans into Kabane and rapidly spreads. Kabane are vicious undead creatures that cannot be defeated unless the glowing golden heart, shielded by an iron layer, is pierced or an important body part is completely severed (such as the head). Unfortunately, most melee weapons and the bushi’s steam-powered guns are ineffective against them.
Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress feels a lot similar to Attack on Titan. Currently, the show’s sitting at only 12 episodes of content with no indication of a season 2. However, the first season of the anime itself sets out a great premise. It is one of the Top Amazon Prime Anime Shows
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Seele, the secretive committee, learns that Shinji’s father, Gendo Ikari, intends to exploit Nerv, the paramilitary group that deploys the Evangelion units, for his purposes. Seele sends the Japanese Strategic Self-Defense Force to seize Nerv, killing the majority of the employees.
Misato Katsuragi, a Nerv major, orders Asuka to be transferred to Evangelion Unit 02 and placed at the bottom of a lake before rescuing Shinji from Self-Defense Force troops. He is determined to have Shinji defend Nerv, and pulls him to the bay doors of Unit 01 but is shot in the process. Misato begs Shinji to pilot Unit 01 before she dies, kisses him, and forces him into the elevator. Shinji comes across Unit 01, which has been immobilized in bakelite.
First of all, don’t expect things to explain what the story is about. However, it’s not a bad thing. Halfway through, it became a great Psychological anime that I still remember to this day! It is one of the Top Amazon Prime Anime Shows
Blade of the Immortal
Manji is a ruthless swordsman. However, he has been cursed with eternal life. He’s fed up with having to live with all of the deaths he’s caused. He also has no ability or skill other than murder, so he devises a scheme to reclaim his life: he must murder a hundred wicked guys for every nice person he has killed. Manji’s plan is accepted by the elderly witch who cursed him with eternal life, and Manji embarks on his quest to murder a thousand bad men. During his journey, he meets Rin, a young girl who is seeking vengeance against the sword school. Rin’s family was murdered by members of this school. As a result, Rin and Manji embark on a journey together, both hoping to achieve some sort of serenity.
Akira
Leader of a biker gang, Shotaro Kaneda, and his childhood friend Tetsuo Shima are the leads of the anime. The setting of anime takes place after WWIII broke out and Tokyo is destroyed due to it. Tetsuo gains powers after a tragic motorbike accident, the anime ascends with his telekinetic powers.
It wouldn’t be a dramatic quote if I say that Akira paved the way for most of the mature, psychological anime in the modern times. Akira, for its time and even now, gave us a total unique concept that begins with just a biker gang engaged in crime to something that encounters the topic of God, psychological and philosophy itself! Also, it was way ahead of it’s time during the 1990s.
Dororo
Hyakkimaru saves a young thief named Dororo from a gang of men who attempted to rob him. They journey through the countryside together in search of the demons who possess Hyakkimaru’s parts. They encounter a slew of monsters and ghosts on their journey.
Dororo 2019 is a remake of the original Dororo and it captures those heartbreaking moments so well! Definitely, a top anime on Anime Prime.
Flame of Recca
Flame of Recca tells the story of Recca Hanabishi, a teenage boy who is fascinated by ninjas and claims to be one himself. He frequently engages in fights because he has made it public that the person who defeats him will earn his services as a loyal ninja. Regardless, he eventually pledges his loyalty and ninja services to Yanagi Sakoshita, a girl with the innate ability to heal any wound/injury, because of her kindness and compassion.
Recca quickly discovers that he possesses the innate ability to control/manipulate flames, and eventually learns that he is the son of the Hokage, a ninja clan that was wiped out in 1576.
Ghost Stories
Soon after, it is revealed that Satsuki’s mother was responsible for sealing several ghosts who haunted not only the school but also the town, which are now being released inadvertently due to urbanization in the surrounding area.
Satsuki’s mother left behind a book that detailed how to finally exorcise the ghosts. Satsuki’s first confrontation is with a demon named Amanojaku, who is sealed within Satsuki’s pet cat, Kaya. Although Amanojaku initially refuses to assist Satsuki, the danger soon threatens to engulf the town, and it is up to Satsuki, her friends, and Amanojaku to stop the ghosts. The friends are finally able to exorcise the ghosts with the assistance of Amanojaku.
Elfen Lied
Elfen Lied is about the interactions, perspectives, feelings, and discriminating between Humans and Diclonius, a mutant species that look like humans but is distinguished by two cat-ear-like horns and “vectors,” transparent limbs that can travel through air and things at fast speeds.
This anime is definitely one of the top anime shows on Amazon Prime that deserves to be in the list!
Banana Fish
Golzine is eventually killed in a final battle, his government co-conspirators are exposed as participants in his child sex trafficking ring, and all evidence of the banana fish project is destroyed. Ash realizes the danger he is putting Eiji in and reluctantly ends all contact with him.
Eiji returns to Japan, but not before writing Ash a letter in which he tells him that “my soul is always with you.” A rival gang lieutenant stabs Ash to death while he is distracted by the letter. He staggers into the Main Branch of the New York Public Library, where he dies, smiling and clutching Eiji’s letter.
Banana Fish– this name indicates that the anime must be of a slice of life genre. However, the show’s very different and might leave a hole in your heart after finishing it.

Grimoire of Zero
The year is 526 in the Liturgical calendar. Witches and their sorcery are well-known throughout the land, but the existence of magic remains a mystery. She offers to turn him human in exchange for accompanying her as her guard on her search for a magical tome containing powerful knowledge that could cause havoc in the wrong hands.
